Apartments in the territory of "Vanagupė park" with a spacious terrace, outdoor furniture, up to 4 m high. ceilings and windows to the east, south and west. Not a single wall of the apartment is bordered by neighbors. The apartment has one parking space.
The apartments are equipped with quality finishing materials and furniture. To ensure comfort, air conditioning is installed in each room, heated floors, comfortable beds in the bedroom and living room,
Bright living room with a comfortable soft corner convertible into a double bed, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace.
Kitchen area with dining area, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and all other necessary equipment for food preparation. The soft bench next to it is also suitable for sleeping (Up to 5 people can stay or, for example, children can sleep separately).
A closed bedroom with a window to the west and a view of the pine trees, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace.
Bathroom with heated floor, washer-dryer and 2 sinks.
A convenient location on the first line, where you can reach the wide, clean Vanagupė beach in 8 minutes, by a forest path or a wide new path with a smooth surface. Near the sanatorium with day spa "Vanagupė" or "Gradialis", restaurants and entertainment. Right next to the "Labrytys" fitness trail with exercise equipment and the "Klaipėda - Šventoji" bike trail. 25 minutes on foot or 8 minutes by bike on a lighted path through the pine forest to the city center or the bridge.
A little further from the apartments, there is also a children's playground in a closed area, an electric car charging station is located right next to your car parking space, a beautifully landscaped area.
On working days (I, II, III, IV, VII) the price is 200 eur/day.
On weekends (V, VI) 220 and on holidays the price is 280 eur/day.
A deposit of 100 euros is required.
