  • EIMIO Studio - 15 m2 double room on the ground floor with a separate entrance from the yard.

The house leases without strangers. Here for having a rest your are welcome the year round.

Long-term rental is also possible.

EIMIO villa is focused on quiet family recreation.

For carrying out of noisy parties EIMIO Villa is not rented. It is possible to bring the pets only in advance it having discussed with owners.

Beside living owners will try to do everything that your rest will be carefree and delivered to you only enjoy and pleasure. House is timbered.

  • Rooms are cleaned in convenient time for guests (by request).
  • Booking Mini Villa house, 30-50% advance payment is required.
  • Other sum is paid on arrival.
