In a quiet place of Palanga, Kunigiškiai, about 400 meters from the beach, suites and rooms with all amenities are for rent in the new villa "OPTIMISTAS" with a private territory and a large children's playground.
The villa is located next to a seaside pine forest, surrounded by beautiful nature. So don't be surprised if, while enjoying your morning coffee on the terrace, you see a roe deer or a woodpecker passing by... just enjoy it, they greet you who have come to their land :)
A beautiful forest path leads directly from the villa courtyard to the sea - only about 400 m.
For your choice:
- Double rooms (2+1) on the first and second floors;
- Three-four-bed suites (2+2) on the first floor with terraces, on the second floor with balconies.
In each room:
- Fully equipped kitchenette: refrigerator, electric kettle, stove, microwave, dishes and cutlery;
- Air conditioning;
- SAT TV;
- Internet (Wi-Fi);
- Shower, WC;
- Bed linen, towels, hairdryer;
- In the rooms on the first floor - a terrace with an outdoor table, in the suites on the second floor - balconies with an outdoor table;
- In the cold season, all rooms and the house are heated, so guests are welcome all year round.
