Great and perfect apartment for rent with reasonable price, 32 m². Located in Palanga, on the 0th floor of the 4- storey building (built in 2006 y.) with the large terrace (14 m²). Can be rented out for the different periods of time, as per agreement. This apartment was recently refurbished by modern designer and using the latest technologies and materials. Kitchen is fully equipped, including built in washing machine and refrigerator. There are 1 segregated bedroom with double-sized bed (200x160 cm) and one living room with sofa, there is possibility to turn it to the normal double-sized bed (200x140 cm). The whole territory of the building is fenced and free-parking (included in the rent).:

Within walking distance of seaside, shopping, restaurants and bars, it is about 10 minutes to get to the centre of the town, “old city”.

Available for long term periods as well, such 6-month or 1-year lease.

June 1-15 – from 45 € per night.
June 16-30 – from 50 to 70 € per night.
July 1 - August 31 – from 60 € per night.
Summer season prices are also applied during festive events and holidays.
