The apartment complex in Palanga "Smėlynas Boutique & SPA" is an ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city, relax and enjoy a peaceful and cozy vacation with your loved ones by the sea.
Modern and comfortably furnished apartments are located in the very center of Palanga. The Baltic Sea is just 5 minutes away on foot, and it will take you the same amount of time to get to J. Basanavičiaus Street. The famous Palanga Musical Fountain is nearby, and all other tourist attractions in Palanga can be easily reached on foot or by bicycle.
The guest house takes into account the needs of all guests, we are friendly and attentive to families with children of all ages. The apartments are fully adapted to the needs of the smallest: upon request, we will provide a cot and a high chair. We also accept your beloved four-legged pets.
For drivers of electric cars, there are special parking spaces with the possibility of charging cars.

The apartment complex "Smēlynas Boutique & SPA" offers 8 luxurious apartments for rent that will ensure your perfect rest. When creating these houses, the help of a professional architect and interior designer was used, and high-quality natural materials were used for decoration. All apartments are equipped with modern kitchens, TV, and fast wireless Internet. The bedrooms and bathrooms exude subtle elegance. Guests are provided with towels and toiletries.
Guests can use the laundry facilities in the common areas free of charge and common cleaning supplies (vacuum cleaner, cleaning brush) in the closets on the first and basement floors.
Guests of apartments without balconies can use the seating areas in the courtyard (outdoor furniture is available).
There is a bicycle storage area in the yard. Each apartment has one free parking space.
Each apartment is marked with the number of guests we can accommodate. Some apartments can accommodate more people for an additional fee.

- Each additional guest is charged EUR 20 per night.
- We accept your four-legged pets for an additional fee. For a pet weighing up to 7 kg, the fee is 12 EUR per night, over 7 kg - 15 EUR per night.
- Not included in the price – Palanga city tax (municipal tax) per person per day – 2 EUR (the tax is not charged for children under 18 years of age).
Electric car charging service - 0.35 EUR/kWh.
Reservation:
- When booking an apartment, a 30 percent deposit is required. The remaining amount is paid in cash on the day of arrival or by advance transfer. Payment by bank cards is not possible.
- The reservation is confirmed only after the advance payment has been made. If the reservation is made but not paid for, it will be canceled after 2 days.
- The minimum length of stay is 2 nights during the low season and 4 nights during the summer season. Shorter stays are negotiated individually, depending on availability.
- Arrival - from 4 p.m., departure - until 12 a.m. Earlier arrival and later departure are negotiated separately.
- The apartments are designed for a quiet family vacation (parties are not allowed). Quiet time from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

The "Smelynas" private spa area is an oasis of luxury and tranquillity, where every detail has been carefully thought out. All of this is designed to help guests relax, forget stress and fatigue, and regain strength.
We invite you to contact us and book a time for your respite.
2 hours of relaxation in a private spa area costs EUR 29. The maximum number of guests who can use the spa area simultaneously is two adults and two children.
The sauna can only be reserved for guests staying at the Smėlynas Boutique & SPA.
This is an exceptional time for yourself who appreciates peace and privacy.
