If you are looking for something cozy and exclusive, we invite you to visit and relax at the newly opened FS VILLAS, ADDRESS Pylimo g. 57, Palanga (Šventoji).
You will find everything you need for a relaxing stay. 24 rooms are located in six villas. For a romantic getaway, we offer double villas or family (four-person) villas with kitchenettes and terraces.
The rooms are furnished with uniquely designed furniture, and all rooms have kitchenettes and all necessary equipment.
The villas are located about 400 meters from the sea.
You can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast on the furnished terraces.

Information:
- On the day of arrival, we accept vacationers from 3 p.m.
- On the day of departure, the room is vacated between 11:30 and 12:00.
- Please reserve rooms in advance.
- We ask that you please keep quiet in the villas from midnight to 6 am.
- You must arrive by 6 pm, meaning the holiday home will only hold your reservation until 6 pm. After that, the reservation will be canceled. If you plan to arrive later than 6 pm, please call us to let us know your expected arrival time. We will be happy to receive your message, even if you do not arrive.
- RESERVATION: Please contact the specified contacts to make a reservation or inquire about available places. A personal contract by phone will come into effect after transferring the advance payment to the specified account (within 3 business days, indicating the vacation time.
