The apartment is furnished for yourself, so we wanted it to be comfortable and pleasant to live and relax in.
Great location - the very center of Palanga, nearby Basanavičiaus street, the main places of the city and the sea, which is about 700 m away.
In the spacious living room you can relax and enjoy the panoramic view through the windows. In the bedroom - a comfortable bed for a good rest.
On hot summer days, air conditioning will help maintain a comfortable temperature.

Housing:

  • 40 sq. m. space combines a kitchen, dining room and lounge. Master bedroom - 11 sq. m, second - 8 sq. m.
  • Underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom.
  • Large panoramic windows in the lounge and dining area, so it is very bright, but not dazzling and not too hot in the summer.
  • The dining room and living room lights are turned on with the same switch on the wall and controlled by remote controls (dining room - black, living room - white).
