In the mornings, you will be awakened by the sun's rays through the window, and on the spacious balcony, listening to the sound of the sea, you will enjoy fragrant coffee.

For your convenience, the cottage has a terrace with a green space, where you can use the barbecue and spend warm evenings.
The beach is only 500 meters away. Nearby you will find everything you need - a shop 300 meters away, cafes 300 meters away, a bicycle path leading to Palanga and Šventoji.
Closed, safe, tidy and beautiful and fenced territory of 8 houses. Parking space for two cars reserved just for you.

The apartment is located on the second floor with a spacious balcony on the west side and a terrace with green space on the east side.
The apartment has a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, a sofa bed in the living room. A bedroom with a double bed and two single beds in the loft.

The enclosed courtyard has:

  • Grill with skewers and grates.

Additional information:

  • Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m.
  • Arrival from 3:00 PM.
  • Check-out until 11:00 a.m.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the rooms.
  • The number of arriving guests is coordinated with the hosts in advance and cannot be increased.
  • A 30% reservation fee is required. No-shows or cancellations within the specified time frame will result in a non-refundable deposit.
  • Free cancellation of reservation no earlier than 2 weeks before arrival.
  • For an adult, the "Pillow" fee of 2 EUR (municipal tax) is not included in the price.
  • If guests do not follow the established rules, hosts have the right to change the rental conditions.
  • Noisy companies are not accommodated.
  • The cottage is rented year-round.
  • Minimum stay is 2 days.
