For your convenience, the cottage is also equipped with a terrace with a green space, where you can use the barbecue and spend warm evenings.
Only 500 meters to the beach. Nearby you will find everything you need - a shop 300 meters, cafes 300 meters, a bicycle path leading to Palanga and Šventoji.
Closed, safe, tidy and beautiful and fenced territory of 8 houses. Parking space reserved for one car only for you.

The apartment is on the second floor with a spacious balcony on the west and a terrace with a green space on the east side.
The apartment has a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, a sofa bed in the living room. Bedroom with a double bed and two single beds in the loft.

The enclosed courtyard has:

  • A 30% reservation fee is required. In case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation within the specified period, the money is not refunded.
  • Free cancellation of the reservation no earlier than 2 weeks before arrival.
  • For an adult, the "Pillow" fee of 2 EUR (municipal tax) is not included in the price.
  • If guests do not comply with the established rules, the hosts have the right to change the rental conditions.
  • Noisy companies are not accommodated.
  • The cottage is rented all year round.
  • Minimum stay is 2 days.
