We invite you to a comfortable vacation in a cottage in Kunigiškės

A cottage in a safe neighborhood "Čiki puki pajūrys", next to the cafe "Purslai". For a comfortable vacation, you will find a kitchenette with all the necessary equipment to cook at home. The living room is connected to the kitchenette, so you can communicate with family or friends while cooking. For peace and relaxation, one double bed and a fold-out sofa bed in separate rooms on the second floor are prepared. Two single beds in the attic. Outdoor furniture on the terrace and a great view of the heated pool. Comfortable loungers by the pool. Private small courtyard. Free parking space in a closed area for 1 car. 2-storey cottage with an attic, built in 2021, area 50 m2. Suitable for up to 6 people including children and babies.

This is a great place for those who love nature. Nearby is a pine forest and the sea. The distance to the sea is only 600 m. Guests of the cottage will be able to use the heated 16 m. swimming pool. For those who like active recreation, there is a jogging track "Labrytys" with fitness areas, a bicycle path connecting Šventoji - Palanga - Klaipėda. 400 meters away daily from 12 o'clock. - fresh smoked fish. Nearby is a pizzeria "Kirvis ir Malka", a grocery store. There is a cafe by the beach. 600 meters away along a forest path - a cafe and restaurant "Medūza". 2 km away - a large shopping center. 3 km away - the center of Palanga.

  • Upon arrival, an additional deposit is requested - 100 Eur, which is returned upon departure or within 24 hours, if the premises are left tidy and without damage.
  • If you lose your pool bracelet - the fee is 10 Eur / per piece.
  • Quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00

  • From 120 eur/day to 160 eur/day

The reservation is confirmed after a 30% advance payment is transferred to the hosts' account; In case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation, less than 7 days before the booked arrival date, the advance payment (reservation fee) is not refundable
In case of shortening the vacation period - the money is not refundable
The price does not include - "Pillow" tax (municipal tax) per person per day 2 Eur (for children under 18 years the fee is not calculated)
Please transfer the reservation fee within 1 day(s) after the agreement
The remaining amount of money is paid the day before arrival by transfer to a.s. or in cash on the day of arrival
In case of no-show or shortening the vacation period, the money is not refundable
NOTE: If more people arrive than agreed, if vacationers, without coordinating with the hosts, bring pets, the discussed conditions are changed, the hosts reserve the right to review the previously agreed prices or refuse accommodation.
Accommodation with animals only by prior agreement with the hosts.
Parties and gatherings are not welcome
