A house, built in 2019 is at "Čiki Puki Pajūrys" block, Kunigiškiai settlement, in the northern side of Palanga.

It’s a perfect place for the sea lovers or who would like to relax and stay away from the city noise. Nearby there’s a pine forest, sea is only just 500 m away (1640 feet) and it takes about 30 minutes to travel by foot to the center of Palanga. There’s a bike path 350 m away (1148 feet), which connects three cities – Klaipėda, Palanga and Šventoji and also a path for running in the forest “Labrytys” (4 km or 2.48 miles in length) with training grounds, perfect for sports lovers. There’s a private yard with a terrace close to the house. A few meters or feet away there’s a children’s playground, a pool with a heater and a sauna. A house is in a safe, well isolated and secured territory with a parking spot for your car.

  • First floor - 2 seperate bedrooms with double beds.

  • Storage room (for 2 bicycles).
  • A parking spot for one car in a secured territory for free.
  • A children’s playground nearby.
  • A public pool with a heater that can work anytime.
  • A sauna (if you rent it in advance for aditional charge).

You will also find: an air conditioneer, two TVs, WIFI, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hob, kitchenware, hair dryer, bathroom utilities, an iron, washing machine, a vaccum, bedding, towels. Bicycles (if you rent them in advance for aditional charge).

Rules of the guest house:

  • Arrival time starts from 15:00 (3 PM).
  • Departure time until 12:00 (12 PM).
  • Accommodation with pets (inform about it in advance).
  • Smoking is forbidden in the house.
  • Shortest rest time are 3 nights during the season.  
  • You have to pay 30% advance when booking (the advance is non refundable when booked).
  • Adult "Pillow" tax (municipal toll) - 1 EUR per night.
