This is a place for those who love the sea, pine forest, sports and swimming in the pool.
Apartments on the ground floor with a private terrace, outdoor furniture and a car parking space. Nearby is a heated outdoor pool with sun loungers, pine forest, children's playground, table tennis, fitness areas, a common barbecue area, nearby is the "Labritys" jogging track, bicycle path. About 700 m to the sea.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen area, a bathroom with a shower, 28 sq. m.
Maximum number of guests: 4 people.
In the apartment you will find:
- a double bed (160x200) in the bedroom;
- a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room (180x200 unfolded);
- air conditioning;
- TV;
- wireless internet (Wi-Fi);
- bed linen and towels sets;
- all necessary equipment and utensils in the kitchen (fridge with freezer, electric stove, oven and microwave in one, dishwasher, as well as kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and dishes);

Minimum stay: 2 days.
Price per day during the season: 90-130 euros.
The order is confirmed upon receipt of the reservation fee - 30 percent. of the total amount. Payment by bank transfer. The remaining amount is transferred 2 days before arrival. In case of no-show or shortening the rest period, the money is not refunded.
