Both apartments have an area of 40 sq.m., can accommodate up to 4 guests (1 double bed and 1 pull-out sofa bed), 2 rooms (bedroom and living room with kitchen), terrace with enclosed patio and outdoor furniture, separate entrances, free parking. The apartments are equipped with TV, washing machine, refrigerator, hob, oven, electric kettle, all kinds of dishes, hair dryer, bed linen and towel sets, wireless internet. The apartments can be used all year round and are heated by gas (underfloor heating). Equipped with air conditioning.
The premises are non-smoking. We accommodate pets - only by prior arrangement and leaving a deposit, which will be refunded upon departure if the pet is not harmed.
Silence is scheduled for 22:00 to 10:00. Check-in from 15:00 check-out until 11:00 for parties - not available for rent.
LONG TERM RENTAL: Price out of season: 450 EUR / month. + commune. services. Price during the summer season: 2000 EUR / month.
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the booking fee - 30% of the total amount
