10 minutes from the beach is the Sunset House cottage

It is located in the well-maintained area "Čiki-Puki Pajūrys". The cottage has a private courtyard and a terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy coffee in the mornings and listen to the birds singing. In the evenings, there are all the conditions for barbecue pleasures. There will also be activities for children: a playground, swings or a swing. The adjacent complex has a free heated swimming pool and sun loungers. For active recreation, 300 m away - cycling, walking and jogging trails. 50 m away is the local Koops store, pizzeria "Kirvis ir malka", bar "Purslai" and bicycle rental.

Families with children, grandparents or a group of friends who want to relax in a cottage with a separate bedroom are welcome.

Amenities:

  • The cottage is two-storey (living room connected to the kitchen, shower room, bedroom (total 40 m²).
  • Safe, illuminated and enclosed area.
  • We accommodate up to 5 guests.
  • Kitchen with all necessary equipment, as well as a coffee machine, toaster, teapot.
  • Bedding, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner.
  • Outdoor terrace (18 m²) with furniture, patio, outdoor barbecue.
  • Air conditioning, TV, WI-FI wireless internet.
  • Intermediate room cleaning at the request of guests (45 €).
  • Storage room if you have your own bicycles.
  • Contactless entrance.
  • One parking space is free of charge. The second is paid (10 €/day).

Complex surroundings:

  • Free heated swimming pool for our guests (season 05.15-09.15).
  • Free children’s playground.
  • Sauna (for an additional fee).
  • Bicycle rental (for an additional fee).

House rules:

  • Check-in from 15:00
  • Check-out by 11:00
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the villa.
  • Events or parties are not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Quiet time from 22:00-8:00.

Important:

  • Minimum booking period - 3 days during the season. Out of season by separate agreement.
  • Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% advance payment. Free cancellation 28 days before arrival. If canceled less than 28 days before arrival - the advance payment is non-refundable.
  • The remaining amount is paid in cash or by bank transfer on the day of arrival.
  • Pillow fee 2 € per person from 18 years (it is not included in the rental price).
  • Deposit 100 € (requested in individual cases, and returned on the day of departure if no damage has been caused).
