A cottage is for rent in Palanga-Kunigiškės in the "Čiki Puki Pajurys" quarter.
The sound of the sea and pine trees will wake you up in the mornings, and you can enjoy the scent of pine trees in a private west-facing courtyard with a large terrace and awning. On the terrace, with romantic lighting, you will find a dining table with chairs.
The quarter is fenced, the entrance is with a remote control. You will have a parking space for one car. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. The territory is monitored by video cameras.
You can walk to the sea (about 500 m) along a beautiful wooden path illuminated in the evening.
The cottage (38 sq m) can accommodate up to 5+1 people (a playpen for a baby). The first floor is equipped with a comfortable kitchen with a living room. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a large (180x200) double bed and one single bed. A cozy and comfortable workplace for working on a computer is equipped. There are mosquito nets.

Additional information
- The cottage has 5+1 (cot-playpen for a child). The number of guests must be agreed in advance and cannot increase without the landlord's consent.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments.
- When booking, you pay a 30% advance payment of the total amount, which is non-refundable in case of no-show. Confirmation is made after payment. If you shorten your stay during the stay, the money is non-refundable
- The pillow fee is not included in the price of the accommodation.
