A cozy house (170 m2) for rent Kunigiskiai (Palanga). Brand new house, spacious and cozy with wooden outdoor patio, and nice private garden.

The sea is just a few minutes by walk, path through a beautiful pine forest.
Bicycle path near the goes. You can reach Klaipeda, Palanga center or Sventoji by bycicle.
 
On the ground floor:
  • Spacious living room, wardrobe, lockable cabinet for bicycles or beach equipment.
  • WC, shower, washing machine, iron, ironing board.
  • Kitchen which is equipped with all necessary household appliances, and any other necessary inventory.
In the evenings you can relax by the fireplace in living room or in the outdoor terrace.
 
On the first floor:
  • Three bedrooms with double beds. In one of bedrooms the is a child bed
  • Very nice decorated bathroom area.
Important information:
  • Check in - from 16.00 (4 P.M.);
    Check out - until 11:00 (noon);
  • The reservation takes effect after the prepayment of 40 % is transfered to bank account;
  • Deposit is required which is refundable on departure day;
  • We are sorry but pets are not allowed;
  • For an additional fee we can provide house-keeping services;
  • Minimum rental period - 2 days;
  • No smoking inside.
