The holiday home "Politechnika" has several categories of buildings:
Vacationers can stay in the main villa all year round. The villa has various types of rooms, from cozy doubles to family rooms and spacious apartments (10 doubles, 16 triples, 5 quadruple, 4 family, 3 apartments), it can accommodate up to 117 people at a time. Vacationers staying in the Main Villa of the holiday home can use the shared kitchen and the necessary inventory and dishes, and those who do not want to worry about cooking and come to the resort to enjoy their vacation can eat in the dining room on the second floor of the holiday home.
The villa also has lounge areas, a banquet hall and a cozy library.
The brick villa is a three-story building with partial amenities. All rooms in the villa have washbasins, separate sanitary facilities are installed on each floor, and there are also shared refrigerators. Most rooms have balconies, which provide not only additional space, but also light and comfort. This villa has a hall suitable for conferences or other types of gatherings. The villa can accommodate 120 people at a time, with 12 double, 16 triple and 12 quadruple rooms.
The wooden villa is a two-story building located in the middle of the recreation complex - it is a building of the old Palanga heritage, from the balconies of which a romantic view of the green courtyard of the recreation house opens. The villa is renovated every year, it is attractive to those who like a modest and cozy environment, and want to feel at home in the recreation area. There are 65 places in total in the villa: 2 single, 17 double, 3 triple and 5 quadruple rooms. There are shared sanitary facilities on each floor of the villa. Cooking Residents of the wooden villa can use a shared kitchen located in a separate building. Next to the villa are popular recreation areas for guests, perfect for neighborly chats or children's games.
The summer villa is called the most popular recreation house building among seniors. This villa offers rooms at the lowest prices. The villa is single-storey, with a total of 54 beds: 4 doubles, 6 triples and 7 quadruple beds, shared sanitary facilities, a shared kitchenette. Residents of the summer villa can play table tennis on the enclosed terrace, and the enclosed and cozy recreation area in the courtyard of the holiday home is perfect for relaxing.
In the holiday home, you will find complete privacy, you can enjoy the charm of the resort and the well-groomed environment of the holiday resort.
