"Eleonora" - a family cottage in a private quarter "J7" in Monciškės with a heated outdoor pool, saunas and a large children's playground
The apartments were built in 2024, suitable for everyone, especially families with children. They can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people, there are two parking spaces.
You can reach the Baltic dunes and the sea on foot or by bicycle (distance about 1 km).
Our apartments are located in a private J7 house block, where you will find:
- Heated swimming pool
- Steam and dry saunas
- Large children's playground
Ground floor:
- Living room connected to the kitchen, exit to the outdoor terrace, which has a large table with chairs, grill for your cozy evenings
- Bathroom with spacious shower, toilet
- Utility room with laundry
Second floor:
- 1st bedroom with double bed and playpen for a baby, wardrobe
- 2nd bedroom: one double and one single bed, workplace (desk, chair), wardrobe
Other amenities:
- All rooms have air conditioning and recuperation systems for your comfort
- Smart GO3 TV and free WiFi (may sometimes be interrupted during the peak of the summer season due to the large number of connections to communication towers on the coast)
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, utensils, etc. (oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer, blender.)

Price:
- 150-180 Eur per night during the season.
- 70-100 Eur per night during the off-season
- A discount is applied for a period longer than 5 days, e.g.:
- 7 days price in August and July 1000 Eur
- 7 days price in June and September 900 Eur
Additional information:
- Minimum stay during the season - 3 nights (If 2 nights, an additional 50 Eur handling fee applies)
- Deposit - 200 Eur
- We do not accommodate pets, unless the pets shed little and do not chew on furniture:). The apartments are non-smoking.
