Dune Valley Oasis is a wonderful combination of location, pine trees, distance to the sea, quality and inspiration. A cozy, complete and functional combination of apartments will become your favorite corner by the sea. For a comfortable stay, there should be everything you need - high-speed internet, air conditioning, heated floors, dishwasher, TV, Go3 TV, washing/drying machine, hairdryer, coffee machine. The kitchen has all the necessary dishes and basic spices.

The most important thing is the location and view - these apartments with a balcony facing east are perfect for sunny breakfasts or relaxation at any time of the day. A prestigious and unique quarter, in the best location of Kunigiškės. Loft-type layout, saving space and creating compactness and coziness. You will open the door to the lounge and kitchen area with a balcony, from which you will be greeted by the bedroom area after climbing the stairs (we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the ceiling height in the bedroom area is 1.6 meters). The apartments located in a three-story building have a spacious balcony, which offers a mesmerizing and calming view of the pine trees and the inner courtyard.

Reservation rules:

  • When booking an apartment, a 30% advance payment is paid in advance (or 100% when booking during the season) of the total amount. The balance is paid by bank transfer before arrival or in cash upon arrival
  • In case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation, the reservation fee is not refundable
  • The minimum number of nights is 2 nights (during the season, min. 3 nights)
  • We do not accommodate pets
  • Parties or smoking in the premises are strictly prohibited
  • We accommodate persons from 21 years of age without adults
  • When checking in, adults from 18 years of age must present a valid ID with a photo
  • Check-in time from 4 pm, check-out time until 12 am
  • A pillow fee of 2 Eur/day is applied for adults from 18 years of age, payable immediately upon booking or upon arrival
