These separate apartments have all the privileges of a private house: separate entrances, pivate yard, arbor and garden furniture, children’s playground, car parking.
The villa offers only two apartments for rent, so it is an excellent choice for those looking for a quiet and comfortable stay.
For your comfortable and pleasant vacation:

It is possible to rent the entire part of the villa consisting of the two apartments (two and three rooms). The apartments can be connected. Renting a whole part of the house is convenient for several families, relatives or groupf of friends up to 10 people (for vacation, meeting). During the summer, the minimum rental period of the whole part of the house is at least a week.
Important:
- Reservation of the apartments is confirmed after a desposit (by bank transfer);
- The rest amount o money is paid at check-in.
Both in summer and winter you are welcome in the villa "Tylos takas", located in Palanga, near the seaside and resort center.
