The 26 sq. m. apartment consists of two rooms and a bathroom with a shower. It can accommodate up to 4 adults.

The apartment has all the necessary appliances: coffee maker, teapot, dishes, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioning. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Newly furnished apartment on the first floor.

It has a private terrace with outdoor furniture and direct access to the outdoor pool. You can use the outdoor barbecue, which is located in the common grill area. Nearby you will find the "Labrytis" running track with outdoor trainers and a bicycle path connecting Nemirset - Palanga - Šventoji.
