Restaurant in Palanga "MEAT Steak House" , in the hotel "Gabija", located in a picturesque resort area - next to the Palanga Botanical Park.
One of the restaurant's founders and its chef, Liutauras Čeprackas, studied at the prestigious world-famous culinary school Le Cordon Bleu, graduated with a gold medal, and today is considered one of the best chefs in Lithuania.
The pride of the restaurant is MEAT! Juicy beef steaks with a crispy crust, duck roasted on a red cedar board - all dishes melt in your mouth.
The Meat Steak House restaurant is perhaps the only one in the Baltic States that has its own meat aging chamber, which reveals the best qualities of the meat, giving the steak a special taste.
The restaurant offers guests a wide selection of beef steaks: Rib-Eye entrecote, New York strip, and sirloin. As well as fish and seafood dishes.
