“Finally, the time has come for us to come and carve our initials on the end of the Palanga bridge. The gusts of two albums are passing by with us, the second of which was strongly inspired by the seaside,” says “Kyla Vėjas!”
The duo in their work and life is an intriguing discovery for an ear looking for synthesizer pulsations and deep bass guitar sounds.
The sensitive work of “Kyla Vėjas!” is characterized by a wide amplitude of life experiences, and the works contain elements of post-punk, outsider and no wave genres.

“Kyla Vėjas!” – a post-punk duo that has burst onto the Lithuanian music scene with a new sound. In just a few years of existence, the duo has confidently made its way on the Lithuanian alternative music scene and beyond.
Their discography already includes two albums, appreciated by music critics and listeners – the debut “Kyla Vėjas!” and this year’s “Niaukias Dangus”.
The latter is playing live this year not only in Lithuania, but also at international music festivals “Tallinn Music Week” (Estonia), “Pop-Kultur” (Germany) and “BUSH” (Hungary).
