Townhouse for rent in Palanga in a cozy resort "Baure"!
The resort "Baure" is open to lovers of quiet rest and family recreation.
From May to September (the exact time is published in a separate announcement each year), 2 heated outdoor swimming pools are open in the courtyard of the homestead.
A two-story wood-scented townhouse:
- Morning coffee and fresh muffins
- 4 adults + 2 children
- 90 m², 2 floors
- 2 bedrooms on the second floor (2*double bed), guest room with a sofa bed on the first floor
- Air conditioning
- The living room is connected to the kitchen
- In the kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, dishes, tools for preparing and serving food, kettle, hob, oven, dishwasher.
- 1 baby cot can be placed
- Outdoor terrace, grill, skewers, grill

The rental price includes:
- Townhouse rental for up to 4+2 persons (4 adults + 2 children);
- Tableware;
- Bed linen, towels;

The rental price does not include:
- Pet fee – up to 5 kg - €5 per night, 5-15 kg - €10 per night, 15-20 kg - €20 per night;
- Bicycle rental - 5 € / day;
- Fee for unregistered person – 20 € / night;
- City tax for persons over 18 - 1 € / night;
- Property damage fee - 100 - 500 €;
- Early check-in or late check-out – 20 €/hour;
- Bed linen change – 5 € / set;
- Towel change – 5 € / set;
- House cleaning - 30 €;
- Laundry – 5 €;
- Coal, firewood, flammable liquid – 5 € / pack.
Important information
- Loud music, noisy parties, alcoholic drinks are not aloowed.
- Outsiders are not admitted to the territory.
- Quiet time at the resort 19:00-7:00;
- By prior arrangement, we can accept guests with a pet – up to 5 kg - €5 per night, 5-15 kg - €10 per night, 15-20 kg - €20 per night;
- Check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00.
- Check-out time is from 10:00 to 11:00.
- All guests of the resort get a 10% discount at Cafe bandukė.
Distances: to the sea - 1 km, to the center of Palanga - 5 km, to Šventoji - 7 km. The holiday cottages are located near Palanga Airport.
