Spacious apartment in the renovated "Green House" in the centre of Palanga
2021 In the spring, the renovated apartment complex in the centre of Palanga - the Green House - will open its doors. Apartments on a quiet Vytauto Street - just 800 meters from the sea and 900 m. to the central Basanavičiaus Street. Cosy, spacious double and quadruple rooms are designed for both a romantic holiday by the sea and a family holiday. We accept guests with pets. Most apartments have a balcony with outdoor furniture.
For the convenience of guests in all apartments:
- TV and high-speed wireless internet
- Small fridge, electric kettle
- Hygiene room: shower or bath, WC, hairdryer, towels
- Free parking in the courtyard (one car per apartment)
- folding cot and high chair for babies (inform about need when ordering)

Each additional guest is charged EUR 10 per night. Children staying in a rollaway bed stay free of charge (extra beds are subject to availability).
We accept your four-legged pets for an additional fee (up to 7 kg, fee - 7 EUR per night, over 7 kg - 10 EUR per night).
Not included in the price - "Pillow" fee (municipality fee) per person per day - 2 EUR (children under 18 are not charged)
RESERVATION
30 % prepayment is required when booking the apartment.
The remaining amount is payable in cash on the day of arrival or by advance transfer.
Payment by bank cards is not possible.
The reservation is confirmed only after the advance transfer. Advance payment must be transferred in two days after agreeing on the reservation conditions.
ARRIVING
Arrival - from 16:00, departure - until 12:00.
Early arrival and subsequent departure are negotiated separately.
