Spacious apartments in the renovated “Green House” in the center of Palanga
In the spring of 2021, a renovated apartment complex in the center of Palanga – “Green House” opened its doors. Apartments on a quiet Vytauto street - just 800 meters from the sea and 900 m. from the central Basanavičiaus street. Cozy, spacious double and quadruple rooms are designed for both a romantic vacation by the sea and a vacation with the family. We accept guests with pets. Most apartments have balconies with outdoor furniture.
All apartments have the following for the convenience of guests:
- TV and fast wireless internet
- Small refrigerator, electric kettle
- Hygiene room: shower or bathtub, WC, hairdryer, towels
- Free parking in the courtyard (one car per apartment) Except: Apartments No. 1 and 2 (no parking)
- Folding crib and high chair for babies (please inform about the need when booking)

Each additional guest is charged EUR 15 per night. Children sleeping in a cot are accommodated free of charge (the availability of extra beds depends on the selected apartment).
We accept your four-legged pets for an additional fee (up to 7 kg, fee - EUR 7 per night, over 7 kg - EUR 10 per night).
Not included in the price - Palanga city tax (municipal tax) per person per day - EUR 2 (for children under 18 years of age the fee is not charged).
Reservation:
When booking an apartment, a 30 percent advance payment is required. The remaining amount is paid in cash on the day of arrival or by advance transfer. Payment by bank cards is not possible.
The reservation is confirmed only after the advance payment has been made. If you make a reservation but do not pay for the reservation, it will be canceled after 2 days.
Arrival - from 4 p.m., departure - until 12 a.m. Earlier arrival and later departure are discussed separately.
