A cozy recreation and leisure space awaits you in the inner courtyard of the complex, where an exclusive eco-pool is installed, which does not use any chemicals, making it safe for children and people with sensitive skin. The open, open-air recreation area has sun loungers and umbrellas, two whirlpools, a sauna, a SPA dome with a whirlpool inside, barbecue areas, a relaxation and tranquility dome, swings for children, bicycle and electric scooter rental. Rest surrounded by greenery, admiring the green and blooming oasis - here you will be delighted by sakura, magnolias, honeysuckle, pine trees. Coziness and pleasing to the eye views are created by green hills and unobtrusive night garden lighting. The closed, safe territory of the block ensures privacy. Pine forests, sand dunes and the sea are reachable in just a few minutes. A few hundred meters from your vacation home is a bicycle path, so if you like to spend your time actively, you can go on adventures and discover new, unknown places by bike whenever you want. And if your heart suddenly wants to dance to the rhythm of the city, you can quickly reach the city center by bike or by car.

This is a wonderful place for both a romantic vacation for two and a family vacation with children! And if you bring a pet, you will find a great lawn for pets outside the territory!

Briefly about everything:

  • These 30 sq. m. apartments on the first floor, in the very center of the block, are perfect for 2-4 people (including children).
  • The uniqueness is the eco-pool. The pool is formed on the principle of a pond, no chemistry is used in it - the water is cleaned by plant roots and natural filters. This is a great choice for families with small children or people with sensitive skin.

Sleeping space:

  • Bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm)
  • Living room - comfortable double sofa bed (155x200 cm)

Comfort and equipment:

  • Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances: hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher

  • A 50% deposit is paid when booking
  • The balance is paid in advance by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.
