Apartment "Virs pusu" - newly built, cozy and modern apartment of exceptional quality, just a 3-minutes walk from the sea. The apartment has a BBQ area with a terrace and a spacious balcony.
Location
Apartment is located in Kunigiškiai, near Palanga. Next to it is a pine forest and sea. The roar of the sea is often heard in the courtyard of the apartments. The beaches at Kunigiskiai are cleaner and empty.
The Ošupis cycle and pedestrian path connecting Palanga with Šventoji is next to the apartment.
Accommodation
For your peaceful rest, we offer a four-rooms, six-beds apartment.
This is a spacious apartment on the second and third floors with a 15 sqm balcony, a mini terrace and a mini patio with barbecue facilities. The apartment has a spacious and multifunctional kitchen and a bathroom. Sauna for a small extra charge. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people. In the bedrooms there are 2 single beds and 2 double beds.

- In the kitchen you will find dishes, refrigerators, hob, dishwasher and oven.
- In the bathroom - shower-bath, toilet, sink, in the closets you will find a hair dryer, towels. You will find shampoo and soap on arrival.
- In the apartment there is Telia Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.
- The terrace and balcony have outdoor furniture, and there is a barbecue in the courtyard.
- Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
- You will have access to a washing machine and an iron.
- We can also put a baby cot upon prior reservation.
- You can park your car safely in the courtyard.
- Children will be able to play on the trampoline.

The area is surrounded by nature, so it is very nice to listen to the sizzling birds in the morning or just relax from the hustle and bustle of the city.

There is a bus stop nearby for connections to the center or bus station. You can quickly reach Palanga or Šventoji by the nearby bike path.

If more people arrive than agreed, if you bring your own pet without coordination with the owners, the owners reserve the right to review pre-agreed prices, or to refuse to accommodate.
