Two newly built "Sweet villas" are located in Monciškės, Palanga, 1300 meters from the little-visited beach.

Both villas (60 sq.m.) are one floor with large outdoor terraces (21 sq.m.). The villa is surrounded by birch trees and pine forests. The villas have two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen area, and a bathroom.

There are outdoor grills "kamado bono", free parking space, good wireless internet, two TVs, kitchen equipment, dishes, "toaster", dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle. Washing machine, ironing board, iron, built-in dryer, vacuum cleaner, chemicals, laundry chemicals. Air conditioner (cools, heats, ventilates). Coffee, sugar, salt are provided. Hair dryer. Bicycles (for an additional fee).

Palanga International Airport is 4 km away, the center of Palanga is 12 km away.
