We rent 2-room apartments in a quiet, well-kept residential block in Kunigiškės.

On the first floor with a private terrace. Free parking space. 600 meters to the sea. Taking your time, breathing in the pine forest, you will reach the sea in 10 minutes.
The apartment has TV, air conditioner, shower, hair dryer, towels, bed linen, iron, washing and drying machine, dishes, glasses, pots, dishwasher, oven, electric. stove, refrigerator, freezer. The terrace has outdoor furniture.

In the complex you can use the heated swimming pool for free. There is a stocked pond where you can fish and grill the caught fish in the grill area (for an additional fee). You can also take a boat ride. There is a sauna, a hot tub, and a pizza oven (also for an additional fee).

Rules :

  • The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
  • The premises are non-smoking!!!
  • We do not accept pets.
  • The complex has a quiet time from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
  • The minimum rental period is 2 days.
  • Price from €130 to €200.
  • If you are staying longer, we can negotiate the price.
