The staircase of the house is locked, there is a place to store bicycles.
There is a safe place for a car in the yard, entrance through an adjustable barrier.
Nearby are the rehabilitation center "Palangos Linas", Vanagupės hotel and Gradialis
There is a lot of greenery in the yard, there are no busy streets, so it is safe and there is plenty of space for children to play and walk.
The bustling center of Palanga is just a 15-minute walk along the asphalted pine forest path or along the city street, 1 minute by car.
There is also a bus stop next to the house from which Palanga public transport goes to the center of Palanga
