Cottage is in calm place, surrounded by pine trees, fenced area. To the sea 430 meters.
On the first floor there is living room with kitchen, bedroom, WC, shower.
On the second floor there is rest and sleep room.
Free parking.

A wonderful pine forest is nearby, the sea is only 200 meters away. The territory is fenced, quiet, safe. Apartment on the 2nd floor with a mezzanine, has a large balcony, sunny south side.
The living room is connected to the kitchen, separate bedroom, WC and shower room. Mezzanine with double and single bed. Parking for a car.

- The remaining amount is paid upon arrival.
- Free cancellation of the reservation 4 weeks before the start of the booked holiday (after that the reservation fee is not refunded)
- If the reservation is shortened, the money will not be refunded.

- Departure by 11:00
- Late check-out is possible by prior arrangement until 14:00 for an additional fee
- We accommodate tidy, small animals upon prior agreement (for a fee)
- Quiet time from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m
- NOTE: If more people arrive than agreed upon, if vacationers bring pets in disagreement with the owners, change the discussed conditions, we reserve the right to change the rental conditions or refuse accommodation
