These stylish, bright and cozy apartments are located on the first strip, on S. Nėries Street, 100 meters from the sea, right next to the seaside pine forest

The building has an exclusive design.
The apartments have panoramic windows to the ground, facing west, so you can enjoy the sunset views from the balcony without leaving home.
Here you will take a break from the city views and enjoy the greenery of the seaside. In the mornings you will be awakened by the sound of the sea and the sounds of seagulls.
In the interior of the apartments we used natural colors of nature, reminiscent of the colors of the Baltic sand dunes.
There is a renovated bicycle and running track nearby, and outdoor exercise machines are also installed here.
Guests who wish to relax will be able to have a fun time in the restaurants and cafes located on the main J. Basanavičiaus Street.
The apartments are fully furnished, with all kitchen and household appliances.

Our guests can park their cars in the underground parking lot (not included in the daily price) for the duration of their stay, which is accessed directly from the staircase of the house.
