This property is located in a quiet, beautiful area of ​​Kunigiškės, 5 minutes walk to the sea and the pine forest.

There is a bicycle path leading from Šventoji to Klaipėda.

We offer a newly furnished house on 2 floors, with 2 bedrooms, a living, dining and kitchen area, a bathroom, and a private terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The living room has a sofa bed that folds into a comfortable double bed. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, coffee machine, kettle and other kitchenware. The bathroom has a washer / dryer and hair dryer.

There is a spa studio on site, offering a range of facial and body treatments (Kobido, classic facials, etc.). In the complex there is playground, trampoline. The territory is fenced, safe, parking spaces for cars.
