Our regular customers usually ask our staff to tell them more about the wines that we sell. Customers freely walk around and ask questions about different types of wine until they find something that matches all of their criteria – mood, country of origin, price, and color. Once the customers see our cured ham (jamon) from Spain, they decide to stay and try some. We offer cheddar cheese to those who prefer British culinary traditions. Those who are nostalgic about Italy can order green and black olives. All other appetizers are prepared by the Friedrich restaurant.
The second floor of the wine restaurant exhibits an impressive collection of wines and other alcoholic drinks (Champaign, sparkling wine, Armagnac, Cognac) as well as wine accessories.
Currently, the Friedrich wine restaurant offers almost 300 types of wine; however, in the future, we hope to double that number. Since our staff works closely with a famous wine expert D. Velička, they are able to share a lot of valuable information with you about wines and there is always more to learn.
