One-room apartment

 

  • In a private house I rent a one-room apartment with all amenities: electric stove in the kitchen, refrigerator, hot water, shower and toilet together, etc. upon request;
  • Can live from 2 to 4 people;
  • Completely separate entrance;
  • In the yard you can park your car, rest, drink a cup of coffee, cook barbecue;
  • The apartment is 150 m. from the center's shops, the sea and the market. The house is between Basanavičiaus g., Jūrates g. and Smilčių g.;
  • Price negotiable, from 30 to 50 EUR/day, depending on the weather and month.

Wooden house

  • A wooden house in the same yard as the apartment: with all amenities, everything like in a one-room apartment, only a "mini" version;
  • Can live from 1 to 3 people;
  • Price negotiable: 30 EUR/day, depending on the weather and month;
  • Advance payment in both cases is based on the invoice for one day.
