Vila įsikūrusi neįtikėtinai ramioje Nidos vietoje, netoli Thomo Manno muziejaus, šalia Kuršių marių.
Iki apžvalgos aikštelės „Itališkas vaizdelis“ mišku nueisite vos per porą minučių, iki Kuršių marių apie 200 metrų. Išskirtinai rami ir privati vieta.
Lauko terasose galima praleisti laiką su ryto kava ar išsikepti kepsnių vakarienei.
Į visus apartamentus atskiri įėjimai. Visuose apartamentuose įrengtos virtuvės. Nemokama, erdvi, uždara automobilių stovėjimo aikštelė.
Yra kur saugiai laikyti dviračius.
