Wooden house for rent in Nida near the shore of the Curonian Lagoon. Renovated in May 2020.
2 bathrooms on the 1st floor and WC with washbasin on the 2nd floor.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a large dining table, a soft corner, a fireplace, a coffee table and a TV with digital TV. There is also a kitchen, where you will find a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, pots, dishes, cutlery.
Next to the living room is a hygiene room No.1, which has a shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet, heated floor. And hygiene room No.2, which has a toilet, washbasin, shower, heated floor.
On the second floor, there is a toilet with a washbasin and 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom No. 1. Two sleeping places in a double bed 1.80 cm wide, TV, wardrobe, air conditioning.
Bedroom No. 2. 4 sleeping places (double bed 1.60 m wide and a bunk-bed), table with chair, wardrobe, air conditioning.
Bedroom No. 3. Two sleeping places in a 1.45 cm wide bed.
We fully supply bedding sets and other details (iron, vacuum cleaner).
6 (+2 children) adults can stay in the Villa at the same time. You can breathe in the fresh air and have a cup of coffee on the outdoor terrace, in the yard - a place to park one car. There is a bicycle rental point near the Villa. The Villa is rented all year round. To the Curonian Lagoon - 250 m, to the sea - 1200 m, to the nearest shop, cafe - 100 m.
