Comfortable two room apartment with the balcony and loft in Juodkrante
2 room apartment ( aprox. 55 m2) in Gintaro įlanka, Juodkrantė. Nice and comfortable appartment, where you find everything that is needed for your holidays. Sunny apartment is at the 3rd floor and has the balcony.
It is comfortable for 5-6 persons.
The common living living room with the kitchen, sleeping room with loft and WC with shower. In the living – kitchen space it is TV. There you can also find sofa-bed, the room also suited with the dinning table and chest of drawers for placing your things or clothes. The living room of apartment has air conditioning. In the kichen for your comfort is refrigerator, electric kettle, electric stove, dishes and cutlery. You will find the wordrobe in the entrance hall. The sleeping room has the double bed the chest of drawers.. There are seeping places in a small loft.
The appartment is heated by electricity in cold period.
IMPORTANT information:
The Check in – from 3pm. Checking out – 12 am at latest.
The booking of reservation is confirmed after 40% of the rental price is received.
The rest of the rental (booked period) amount is paid at check-in.
No money return on earlier term leaving.
Pets are tolerated after the special agreement.
Smoking is forbidden in the apartment.
The cancelation of the reservation 30 days before the booked period is free.

The bedding and towels are available free of charge when booked period is more than 5 nights;
The apartment cleaning services can be booked for extra payment;
Bicycle rent (2 kids seats are available);
NOTICE: when more persons arrive then it was agreed at the reservation – the extra charge is applied. When pets are brought without the agreement in advance or the client changes the agreed conditions, the owner has the right to review the prices or to refuse to accommodate.
