A newly built homestead “Jonpapartis” in Sventoji, in a very quiet location, next to a beautiful forest is opening doors to you.

A holiday cottage is for rent in the homestead. It has 3 rooms - two sleeping places each. There is a nice kitchen with everything you need for cooking, all the utensils etc. There is a shower with cold and hot water, television.

There is a beautiful and clean forest next to the villa where you can have a good time walking down the trails. There is a good road leading to the sea which is 1500 meters from the villa. You can easily reach it by foot in 20 minutes, bicycles that we can provide you with, or by car.

There is a barbeque in our closed off yard, patio for a romantic time in the evening and a lot of room for your children to play and for you to be calm that they will run out of the yard. There is a parking lot for your vehicles. There is a possibility to keep your car in a garage.

You can also bring your pets and let them have a vacation as well – for extra payment.

Entertainment: bicycles...

Our guests can use bicycles for free. You can travel down to the sea, take a good ride in the town of Sventoji, go to Palanga 35 kilometers from the villa or even to Nida.
