SAIL LOFT – luxurious relaxation among pine trees, sea and silence

This is a bright, spacious and uniquely designed space for your quality relaxation in Kunigiškiai. It is more than just accommodation – it is a high-level relaxation experience, where every detail is thought out so that your vacation is full of peace, comfort and aesthetics. Only 600 meters to the sea through the pine forest – and you are already at the Baltic waves.

The loft is located in the prestigious “Mano jūra 1” quarter, where not only a heated swimming pool with sun loungers awaits you, but also a slow, quality time – like in a boutique hotel, only with all the comforts of home. For an additional fee, you can enjoy a sauna, hot tub, barbecues and even a wood-fired pizza oven – gourmet evenings are guaranteed.

Nearby you will find two family-friendly restaurants – “Frida” and “Babu”, and a bicycle path just 300 meters away will open up the opportunity to travel through the pine forests to the center of Palanga, Šventoji or even Klaipėda.

This exclusive three-bedroom loft is designed for a peaceful, luxurious stay for up to 6 people - ideal for two couples or a family with children.

  • 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds, in which - deluxe mattresses for maximum relaxation
  • 1 connecting room with a comfortable pull-out sofa and desk - a great space for children
  • Quality wi-fi and television, air conditioning

Kitchen - fully equipped, focused on comfort and functionality: high-class appliances (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, washing machine).

The south-facing balcony is the perfect place for a morning espresso or an evening glass of wine.

Important: the loft is located on three floors of the building, so it has steep stairs - not recommended for children under 5 years old*

Booking rules:

  • When booking an apartment, a 30% advance payment is paid in advance (or 100% when booking during the season) of the total amount. The balance is paid by bank transfer before arrival or in cash upon arrival
  • In case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation, the reservation fee is not refunded
  • The minimum number of nights is 2 nights (min. 3 nights during the season)
  • We do not accommodate pets
  • Parties or smoking in the premises are strictly prohibited
  • We accommodate persons from 21 years of age without adults
  • When checking in, adults from 18 years of age must present a valid ID with a photo
  • Check-in time from 4 pm, check-out time until 12 am
  • A pillow fee of 2 EUR/night applies for adults over 18 years old, payable immediately upon booking or upon arrival.
