We invite you to relax in a renovated fisherman's house in Nida, which is located only 250 meters from the Curonian Lagoon and only 400 meters from the town center
Two separate apartments are available for rent, accommodating up to 6 people at a time.
There is a free parking space for guests at the house. By prior arrangement, we accept pets.

peaceful rest and the safety of our property, please familiarize yourself with the rules below.

Arrival and departure time:
- Arrival: from 15:00
- Check-out: until 11:00 AM
- Late check-out or early check-in is only possible by prior arrangement.
Quiet hours:
- Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Parties, loud music or noise are strictly prohibited.
Guests:
- Only pre-registered guests may stay in the apartment.
- Short-term visits by friends or relatives are only permitted with our permission.
Order and cleanliness:
- Please act responsibly and leave the apartment clean and in the same condition as when you arrived.
Smoking:
- Smoking in the apartment is prohibited.
Pets:
- Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.
Keys and security:
- Please always lock the door, whether you are leaving or at night.
- A EUR 50 replacement fee applies in case of lost keys.
- A compensation fee will be applied in case of damage to furniture or belongings.

This well-furnished two room apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and offers the following equipment:
- Fully equipped kitchen (sink, fridge, stove with oven, dining table with 4 chairs, crockery and cutlery, microwave, kettle);
- Living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, fireplace, commode, satellite TV;
- Bedroom with two separate beds, wardrobe;
- Bathroom with shower and sink;
- WC;
- Private garden with furniture, barbecue, parking lot.
Rental price:
- June and September: 110 EUR per day
- July and August: 150 EUR per day
Bedlinen and towels are included in the rental price.
