The apartments are modern and functional. There is a balcony with a beautiful view of the Malūnas Park pond.

The layout is convenient for both a family and a group of friends - two separate bedrooms and a living room with a sleeping area. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.

Bed linen and towels are provided for guests, a kitchen is equipped, there is air conditioning and all necessary amenities.
