Loft-type apartments near the dunes

Are you looking for a comfortable vacation by the sea?

I offer you to stay in cozy loft-type apartments right next to the dunes, just 100 m walk to the sandy beach!

The house is separated from the sea only by a bicycle path and dunes, because the house is located in the first row from the sea and is perfect for both family vacations, couples, and single people for a quiet vacation by the sea.

This place is located away from the hustle and bustle of the resort, so here you can enjoy the sea breeze all day long. Right next to the house is a beautiful century-old pine forest with walking paths leading to the sea.

Although the place is quiet, everything you need for a comfortable vacation is within easy reach - for those who like active recreation, the Ošupis EuroVelo10 bicycle path begins near the house, leading along the coast all the way to Palanga, where you can admire the impressive views of the sea. There are bicycle rental points nearby.

Here you will also find the Golden Dunes SPA zone, as well as a large selection of catering establishments - cozy, quiet restaurants, cafes, canteens are located just a few minutes' walk away.

The apartments are arranged over 2 floors (with mezzanines). The balcony is on the east side, comfortably seated in its comfortable armchairs you will have the opportunity to enjoy your morning coffee.

In the rooms you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay - we have tried to make you feel at home here.

Ground floor - living room with kitchen:

  • Kitchen. Here you will find table and cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, pots, frying pan, electric kettle, toaster.
  • Living room/Relaxation area. Comfortable sofa bed, 4-seater table, TV, wardrobe.
  • Balcony. Comfortable lounge chairs, table for coffee or a book.
  • Bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin with cabinet and mirror, washing machine, boiler. Towels, bedding, hairdryer and all necessary accessories.

Second floor: (P.S.: you can get here by climbing the stairs - the sleeping area is open on the mezzanine)

  • Bedroom with a large double bed and a comfortable mattress.
  • Couch with two separate sleeping mattresses and a bedding box.

The apartment has air conditioning, a robot vacuum cleaner. High-speed fiber-optic internet is installed.

The cottage is located in a closed residential area, its yard is fully fenced, there are lockable gates and automatic gates controlled by a personal remote control, so you will always feel calm and safe. Here you will have a free parking space, and if necessary, you can use the installed bicycle racks.

Accommodation conditions:

  • Price from 90 euros per day.
  • The rental price depends on the number of vacationers, the chosen time and the duration of the vacation booked, so we will adjust it according to the situation.
  • The shortest booking time during the summer period is 3 days, but priority is given to those booking for a longer period.
  • Maximum number of guests: 4.
  • Unfortunately, the apartments are non-smoking.
  • Pets are not allowed.
