Loft-style apartments near the dunes are waiting for you!

This place is away from the hustle and bustle of the resort, so here you can enjoy the sea breeze all day long. Right next to the house is a beautiful century-old pine forest with walking paths leading to the sea, which is only a few minutes walk away, a pedestrian and EuroVelo10 bicycle path leading all the way to Palanga, along which you can admire the impressive views of the sea.

The apartments are arranged over 2 floors. The balcony is on the east side, comfortably seated in its comfortable armchairs, you can enjoy your morning coffee.

The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

On the ground floor, a living room with a kitchen:

  • Kitchen. Here you will find table and cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven.
  • Living room/Recreation area. Comfortable sofa bed, 4-seater table, TV, wardrobe.
  • Balcony. Comfortable lounge chairs, coffee table or bookshelf.
  • Bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin with cabinet and mirror, washing machine, boiler. Towels, bedding, hairdryer and all necessary accessories.

Second floor: (P.S.: you can get here by climbing the stairs, although the space is shared throughout the loft - there are no walls separating the rooms)

  • Bedroom with a large double bed and a comfortable mattress.
  • Couch with two separate sleeping mattresses and a bedding box.

The apartment has air conditioning, a robot vacuum cleaner. Fast fiber-optic internet.

The cottage is located in a closed residential area, its yard is fully fenced, there are lockable gates and automatic gates controlled by a personal remote control, so you will always feel calm and safe. There is a free parking space for you, and if necessary, you can use the bicycle racks.

Accommodation conditions:

  • Price during the season (from May 1 to September 15): 100-140 euros per day.
  • Price during the off-season (from September 16 to April 30): from 90 euros per day.
  • Price during the New Year (from December 29 to January 3): 170-200 euros per day.
  • The rental price depends on the number of vacationers, the selected time and the duration of the vacation booked, so we will adjust it according to the situation.
  • The shortest booking time during the summer period is 3 days, but priority is given to those booking for a longer period.
  • Maximum number of guests: 4.
  • Unfortunately, the apartments are non-smoking.
  • Pets are not allowed.
