"Molo 62" - One room apartments for rent by the sea in Melnrage

In an old, 126-year-old, renovated house covered with red tiles in the very center of Melnragė, apartments with all amenities and a yard space for spending time outdoors await you.
You can walk to the sea in 5 minutes, and you can leave your car or other vehicles in the yard of the house.
For your convenience, there is a cozy one-room attic for 4 people (maximum 6 people can stay overnight - two small families). The attic is accessed through a separate entrance with quite steep stairs.
Couples who spend their time actively or families with older children like to settle in the attic. You can use a shared laundry room, a clothes dryer - outside.
If you arrive with your own bicycles or rent city bicycles, you can travel directly from the house along the seaside bicycle paths to Klaipėda, Nida or Palanga.
Apartments are not rented for parties.
For your convenience, the rooms:

Melnragė - is a resort part of Klaipėda, where wealthy townspeople have long built villas and rested. The southern part of the settlement is called I Melnrage, and the northern part is called II
Here you will also find the I Melnrage beach - it is clean, has changing cabins, and cafes are open. History lovers can explore the remains of World War II defensive fortifications stuck in the sand. Travel to the Northern Pier, from which a romantic panorama opens: the vastness of the sea, arriving ships, the Klaipėda Lighthouse, Kopgalis. There is also an interesting sculpture "Walking with a Fish". A great place for a vacation selfie!
Going up from the pier to the dunes, you will find a wonderful, newly built park with a wide wooden pedestrian path stretching through the dunes, the Odessa promenade, impressive playgrounds for children, sun loungers, which are nice to lie on in the sun, tables and benches for picnics.
Traveling along the coast to the north, you will reach Melnragė Beach II (you can also come by bus). The beach will appeal to active recreation and sports enthusiasts: there are exercise machines, handball, volleyball, sand basketball courts, areas for children, showers and changing cabins. In addition, Melnragė Beach II is adapted for people with mobility disabilities.
The basic rental price for 2 adults (+children up to 7 m) depends on the season and duration of the vacation.
Discounts apply to regular guests.
