- If the vacationer cancels the reservation, does not arrive, shortens the vacation time, etc., the paid funds are returned to the extent covered by the new order.

- Discounts - for regular customers and those vacationing for a longer period of time,
- Maximum number of guests - 4 persons,
- Minimum rest time - 3 days: in this case, light bedding for vacationers,
- If more people arrive than agreed - an additional 15 EUR per night for each guest,
- Resting with pets - by prior arrangement for an additional fee,
- Smoking is allowed on the terrace, noisy parties are not welcome, quiet time 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.,
- Vacationers' right to privacy is guaranteed
