Holiday houses with all conveniences "Švyturys"
We are offering for you a new four and five bed holiday houses with all conveniences in Šventoji (Palanga), Mokyklos street 28D near Šventoji lighthouse. Our territory has five houses with terraces and a courtyard with a children’s playground and a barbecue place.
All houses contain:
- Shower and toilet.
- Separate bedroom.
- Living room with a kitchen.
- Refrigerator.
- TV.
- Hot/cold water.
- Hair dryer.
General information:
- Non-smoking rooms.
- Time of rest from 10 pm till 8 am.
- There is Wi Fi
- Pets are not allowed.
- If needed, we offer a set of bed linen, a price for set 3 €.
- Distance to the sea 600 meters.
- Check in from 2 pm; Check out till 11 am.
- Holiday house price per night from 60 € till 90 €. The prices do not include Local Municipality tax ("pillow tax") - 1 EUR per person per night (no tax for children under 18 years old).

Payment in cash and bank transfer (reservation advance). When booking a house, an advance is transferred to the bank account given below on the day of booking. In the purpose of payment please specify the check in and check out dates, the contact phone number and the number of people arriving. The remaining amount of payment for the reserved house is paid the day of arrival for the entire booked period. Cancellation of the reservation, a change in circumstances, no show, the advance is not refundable. Departing earlier ordered period, the payment is non-refundable.

If more people arrive than it has been agreed, if you bring a pet without approval of the owners, if you change discussed terms of recreation, the owners reserve the right to review the pre-agreed price, or to refuse to accommodate.
Owners to avoid losses that may occur due to improper behavior of holidaymakers can ask in advance to pay compensation fee, which at the end of the accommodation period will be returned if no damages are made.
