"Sea reed" rooms are located very close to the symbol of the Šventoji town - the river Šventoji, further away from the hustle and bustle. The Baltic Sea is just a few minutes away.

Reservation and pre-payment conditions:
- Rooms and cottages are booked in advance
- Arrival and departure seven days a week
- IMPORTANT: Room reservation is confirmed after advance deposit (30% of total amount).
- To cancel the reservation, the advance is refunded two weeks before the date of arrival
- Cancellation upon arrival is non-refundable
Arrival and departure:
- Accommodation hours from 2pm.
- Before accommodation the rest of the price is paid at the "Sea reed" administration
- When arriving at 6pm and later - informing the administration is compulsory
- Check-out before 11 am.
- If necessary to stay after12 am, please contact the administration in advance
- The keys must be returned to the administration office
Relevant information:
- Payment for accommodation is cash-only (EUR), bank cards not accepted
- In the recreation area official quiet time is from 11pm to 7 am.
- Baby cribs inquired while booking
- Quiet and tidy pets are welcome
House rules:
- Quiet time from 11pm to 8am.
- From 10pm only registered residents allowed
- Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited
- Keep clean in all area
- Furniture moving is strictly prohibited
- For security reasons, when leaving windows and doors should be closed
- Administration is not responsible for personal belongings left in rooms
- Observe safety precautions at grill
- The customer is responsible for all the material damage
- For public and internal breaches and ignoring warnings customer is checked-out with no refund

Sea reed is located on Pylimo street 47. Easy to find when driving down the main Kopu street of Šventoji.
We will be happy to pick you up from Šventoji bus station and /or Palanga Airport at no charge.
