The apartment has a living room connected to the kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, household appliances, air conditioning, WiFi. Outside, a terrace with outdoor furniture awaits you, where you can have your morning coffee or spend a quiet evening.

The uniqueness of the "Mano Jūra 3" quarter is a cozy common space. Everything is designed with quality and full-fledged recreation in mind for both adults and children. Lots of greenery, swings, a children's playground, a closed territory, the opportunity to ride bicycles or scooters around the quarter - believe me, children will not even need to be asked to go outside, they will run there themselves as soon as they get up! Adults will also be happy to spend time outdoors!
