A house of exceptional architecture and furnishings is for rent. The unique building is surrounded by a solid neighborhood, surrounded by a pine forest, so you can always enjoy the peace and freshness of nature.
The two-story house stands out for its luxuriously modern and delicate design. Upon entering the house door, you enter a spacious living room, where a crystal-clear chandelier catches your eye. In addition to the cozy living room, the 40 m2 first floor has a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare a hearty breakfast or a late dinner. What could be more fun than a romantic evening on the outdoor terrace with a glass of champagne!
On the second floor there is a bedroom with an original design freestanding bathtub. The interior of the entire house is finely coordinated: combinations of white, cream and black walls and furniture.
The house is full of paintings that blend into a unified interior design, bringing playfulness and comfort, and is equipped with a modern TV-audio system, air conditioning and heating equipment. Šventoji, where the house is built, has long been famous for its sandy beaches and a century-old pine forest.
The house-villa has up to 8 sleeping places (3 double beds and 2 single fold-out armchairs).

- Reservation fee - 50% of the total amount. In case of no-show, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
