"JŪRPREILĖ" is a house right by the sea, dunes. Surrounded by the natural nature of Neringa.
The apartment accommodates a family of up to 4 people (2+2), who can comfortably and cozily settle in a completely newly built house in Preila by the sea.
Spacious 51 sq. m. apartment, located on the first floor. Separate bedroom (double bed 160x200), living room (sofa that folds out into a double bed (140x200), spacious bathroom (large shower 120x90cm) and stylishly and lovingly furnished dining room with kitchen.
The apartment has everything you need for relaxation and everyday needs (large fridge with freezer, induction cooker, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, drinking water, vacuum cleaner).
There is a cozy cafe nearby, breakfast, lunch and dinner are available during the season.
Also, there is a permitted bonfire nearby, where you can organize a picnic (skewers/grills are available).
A beach bar - terrace "180 view" will also be waiting for you, to end the day in the sun.
Tenants will be able to use "ping-pong" and 2 beach chairs.
The apartment has a private parking space and a dining terrace (greenery) with a view of the forest. Separate entrance to the apartment.
The entire apartment is equipped with heated floors, new furniture, bedding, appliances and other nice things.
There is a possibility to charge an electric car 32A, + Type 2 charging cable. The service is paid.
You can use a cot and a high chair in the apartment. The fee is 5+5 euros/day.
The apartment has Internet, there is no TV.
The price of housing depends on the period, duration and number of people.
- During the season from May 1 to September 15, the price of apartments is from 130 euros/day
- During the off-season, the price is from 90 euros/day.
- Weekends and public holidays +30 euros/day.
- The minimum rental period during the season is 3 days.
- Reservation fee 30% of the total price, paid by bank transfer according to the provided advance invoice.
- Will be required deposit from 100 euros.
- Pets are negotiated separately. The service is paid up to 10kg., 20 euros, over 30 euros/ pc.
- In case of arrival of a larger number of guests (including pets) than agreed, we reserve the right to apply a higher rental price.
Arrival time from 15:00 to 19:00. It is necessary to agree in advance.
Departure by 11:30 am
The price includes: bed linen, towels and essential hygiene products.
