Real recreation in Šventoji! The house is located in a quiet area, has a large private yard, and only few neighbors around.
This new house is an excellent choice for a family or a small company that wants to have its own residence at the sea.
The house was built in 2022, furnished in 2023.
The house is also suitable for business:
- Summer season office for sales managers, programmers, designers, consultants, representatives of creative professions or other remote work
- Residence, office for seaside merchants coming from other cities and countries to do business in Palanga
- Or to set up other business unit at the seaside
